In the night between the 18^th and the 19^th of June the Hackaton Stats Under The Stars 5 took place. The hackaton was organized by the Italian Statistical Society.

The fifth edition of Stats Under the Stars was sponsored by Generali Italia, SAS and managed by the Bocconi Institute for Data Science and Analytics and Bocconi University
Innovations in Learning and Teaching.

The Department of Economics, Management and Statistics (DEMS) of the University of Milan-Bicocca invites applications to its PhD Program in Economics and Statistics (ECOSTAT) for the academic year 2019-20 (XXXV cycle). The PhD Program is articulated in two curricula, Economics (ECO) and Statistics (STAT). The length of the PhD Program is four years, starting in November 2019. The precise starting date of the Program will be announced in due course.
